Beautiful poem, Kathy. The last of our autumn leaves fell in a windstorm right before Thanksgiving. The falling leaves are like a dance, so beautiful to watch. (Laura Shovan)
ReplyDeleteLove all the alliterative sounds in your haiku Kathy,
ReplyDeleteand the way fall waltzes out, beautiful pic too, thanks!
Oops, I meant Cathy with a C. ^_^
ReplyDeleteThe "final waltz" for sure!
ReplyDeleteOh, fall's final waltz. Beautiful. I love to watch the leaves dance down. Ours are all bare now, except the oaks, and they're too brittle for waltzing :>)
ReplyDeleteWith the high winds coming tonight I think the tarantella is going to whip every last leaf away now, I love the waltz image you share, Cathy.

There is sweetness in this "final." And, I love the photo.

ReplyDeleteThe 'final waltz,' indeed! Nice alliteration with all those W sounds.
