Poetry Month: Green Again 13 of 30

It's here!  It's National Poetry Month!  I'll hoping to write a poem every day this month.  I've decided to keep it simple this year.  I'm going to write about whatever strikes me each day.  I suppose it will be like a rollercoaster ride of poetry.  You'll never be quite sure what you're in for from day to day.

Today's inspiration:  the sudden change from brown to green

  1. I love this! Was just thinking this morning that I need to get out the lawn mower! And yes, I might be able to wait another week, and by September, I will be ready to be done, but right now, mowing sounds loverly!

  2. We always race to be the one to see the first Christmas tree atop a car, but not so much to see the first lawnmower (my spotting, this weekend) because that means a long season of work, not a short season of celebration!
