Poetry Month: Never-ending 7 of 30

The basketballs
still bounce
when the batters
start to swing.

There is no break
in sports
to let you
slow down things.

The catchers
still catch
when the quarterback
starts to throw.

A sportsman
dream come true,
he'll happily
tell you so.
