Today was a professional development day for our first grade team. We were learning about the new Math Core Standards, and determining changes we would need to make in our instruction.

At one point, I reached in my purse to get a pen and pulled out all of these. PURPLE!! Some days my purple pen is what gets me through. Unfortunately, I needed to fill out a form and needed a blue or black pen. I didn't have one on me.
